FAQ
When should I book?
It's never too soon to get it on the calendar! Especially with maternity and newborns, reaching out early is always a good idea. During the busy fall season, I tend to fill up quickly and will be booked out about two months in advance! But regularly, a few weeks before should be just fine.
What should I wear?
I love a neutral palette! Soft colors and patterns that aren't too bold or busy always turn out well, although sometimes a bold color thrown in can make a great pop. Absolutely wear what you feel comfortable in, but overall, I would say to wear whatever makes you feel most CONFIDENT. Wear the dress that cost too much. Go for the heels. Wear whatever makes you feel alive - you won't regret it. Dress your littles in their favorite jumpers, boots, dresses, etc. and make a fun time out of it! Get dolled up and include your littles in all the fun - a touch of blush and some lip shimmer will go a long way for your sweethearts. When in doubt, ASK! I'm always here to help, plan, and invest in your session.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos sometime within one to three weeks depending on the season in which I photograph your story (ie. Christmas card season!). You can download all the photos from the gallery in high resolution.
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the session you book, image numbers will vary between mini and full sessions. Typically for a full family session you will receive between 50-60 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I don't miss a beat! I will absolutely choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
When do you offer mini sessions?
I only offer these seasonally throughout the year - usually in the spring, around Mother's Day, and again at Christmas time - so if mini sessions are for you, make sure to subscribe to my emails to snag one early!
